We had an amazing stay! The room was fantastic, with a spacious and well-styled interior. The staff was outstanding and surprised us with a kind gift for my partner's birthday. Also, the hotel facilities, including the outdoor pool and spa area were impressive. We could enjoy the beautiful mountain landscape on hikes around this charming city.
Nothing negative to say.

Beautiful Mountain Escape! the hotel had the perfect location, with stunning mountain views, beautiful outdoor areas and easy access to hiking trails. the rooms were comfortable, with cozy blankets and soft pillows. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of fresh pastries and local cheeses. Best aspects: One highlight of my stay was the spa, where I spent hours relaxing in the saunas and steam rooms. the indoor pool was a real treat, with perfect temperature and plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the view. In the evenings, I loved the candle-lit atmosphere of the bar lounge where I tried some tasty cocktails and local wine.
One thing that I did not enjoy was the service at the main restaurant. the staff was friendly, but the waiting time between courses was often too long, even though the restaurant was not full.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities and we were impressed with the incredible service and Spa & wellness centre. the Indoor swimming pool, Sauna and outdoor swimming pool were fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed the full body massage and beauty treatment. the hotel also had a lovely sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful garden area. the restaurant provided delicious breakfast with a special diet menu available, but the bar/lounge area and coffee/tea in the lobby could have had better service.

We spent Easter weekend at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from our room. The spa facilities were relaxing and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with a variety of baked goods and fresh fruit. The hotel was also conveniently located near the ski lifts and shops, making it easy to explore the town.
The staff members were unhelpful and uninterested in providing assistance when we needed it. We had issues with the heating in our room and when we asked for help we were met with a dismissive attitude.

Nestled high up in the mountains, the hotel provides an amazing retreat on the hike and is located in the center of a charming village. the cozy rooms are tastefully furnished with antiques, traditional fire ovens and each with unique character. the large bathrooms are equipped with separate showers and double basins. the excellent breakfast buffet, with freshly baked bread and a variety of cereals, is the perfect start to the day. the outdoor pool with a mountain view is a great way to relax.
The service in the restaurant can, at times, be slow during peak hours.
